 Board of Directors Meeting

Tuesday May 19, 2020

MEETING NOTES

Attendees:  Amanda Mock (President), Masha Davis (Vice President), Megan Molleur (Secretary), Cindy Perez (Treasurer), Christine Gamache (RealManage), Cheryl Perkins (Resident), George Warriner (Committee Lead), Alan Crudden (Resident), Shaofeng (Resident), Chris Filla (Resident), Prashant Gadgil (Committee Lead), Joel (Resident), Leslie Hansen (Resident), Frank Maulit (Committee Lead), Rocco Pelosi (Resident), Mike (Resident), Jennifer Cosenza (Committee Lead), Ray Wagner (Resident), Cecile Wagner (Resident), Mike Mings (Resident), Ted Klinker (Resident), Tom Satori (Resident).

President called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.

Administrative

  • Minutes from 4/21 board meeting approved (Secretary motioned for approval, Treasurer seconded the motion) (4 Ayes, 0 Nayes) (Motion unanimously passed).

Board Reports

  • Board created new Facilities Committee which will oversee Pool, Playground and Landscaping subcommittees.

Old Business

  • Board approved the Paint Policy as a guide, to use prior to receiving approval from the Architecture Review Committee (Secretary motioned for approval, President seconded the motion) (4 Ayes, 0 Nayes) (Motion unanimously passed).
  • Board tabled the decision to increase enforcement fines due to the current economic environment caused by COVID-19 (Secretary motioned to table, Vice President seconded the motion) (4 Ayes, 0 Nayes) (Motion unanimously passed).
  • Board tabled the decision to replace pool lights due to the board needing clarification on existing LED lights in pool prior to replacement (President motioned to table, Vice President seconded the motion) (4 Ayes, 0 Nayes) (Motion unanimously passed).

Executive Session

  • The Board decided to not open any facilities at this time due to COVID-19.  Facilities include pool, playground and basketball court.  This decision was made upon review of decisions made by City of Austin and surrounding neighborhood communities.
