About Us

Davis Spring is a master planned, boutique community of 570 single-family homes in the Williamson County portion of Austin, Texas. Located off West Parmer Lane (quickly becoming Austin’s new ‘technology corridor’), Davis Spring features homes by David Weekley, Nemark and Standard & Pacific Homes with prices ranging from $300’s to $500’s.

Our private five-acre Trailhead Park features a swimming pool, new playscape, basketball court, and tennis courts. Adjacent to our community you’ll find greenbelt space, a Catholic private school (K-12), and the nine-hole Davis Spring Disc Golf Course. Mass transit (bus & rail), grocery stores, mall shopping, hospital facilities, restaurants, a regional park, and a golf course are all minutes away.

Davis Spring parents appreciate the option of choosing the Catholic private school (K-12) adjacent to our community as well as new, nearby elementary and middle schools provided by the Round Rock Independent School District.
