Dear Homeowners, At the recent annual meeting a proposal was discussed to re-develop the water retention pond at the North end of Thatcher. As a result of homeowner input the board has authorized a committee to focus specifically on this project. The purpose of the committee is to guide the board in deciding whether this project should be undertaken and if so, what it should be.
