Retention Pond Concerns
The transfer of ownership of the retention pond to the City of Austin has been completed. Davis Spring no longer maintains the pond nor its surrounding property. Homeowners are requested to call 311 to make a complaint to the City of Austin about maintaining overgrown grass.
